Ingredients are mostly organic, natural & non-GMO…and of course 100% GF. My general use flour mixes are nut free & soy free (Whole Grain flour contains Flaxseed). Ingredient lists for all items will eventually be listed on her, but if you need to know sooner, please contact me – Just Ask!
