Ingredients are mostly organic, natural & non-GMO…and of course 100% GF. My general use flour mixes are nut free & soy free (Whole Grain flour contains Flaxseed). The order forms have more details on what’s NOT in each bake. Ingredient lists for all items will eventually be listed on her, but if you need to know sooner, please contact me – Just Ask!
